HOW TO PURCHASE RAFFLE TICKETS

The full price of one Dream Big Raffle 2009 ticket is $175.

But Neighborhood House of North Richmond has a number of discount offers. For example, tickets cost only $125 until April 30, 2009. As of May 1, 2009, the ticket price is $150--still discounted by $25. On July 1, 2009, the price per raffle ticket becomes $175.

Raffle tickets may be purchased only from the Neighborhood House of North Richmond by:

(1) Phone at 1-800-501-DREAM (1-800-501-3732);

(2) Fax at 1-866-747-DREAM (1-866-747-3732) using the Dream Big Raffle 2009 Entry Form

(3) Make your check or money order payable to "Neighborhood House of North Richmond";

To purchase a raffle ticket, use the raffle ticket entry form provided here or order by phone. To be valid, phoned, faxed or mailed raffle ticket orders accompanied by valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) numbers, expiration dates and card holder signature or check/money order payable to "Neighborhood House of North Richmond" will be processed in the approximate order in which they are received and verified. Raffle tickets may not be purchased via voicemail. Pursuant to applicable law, payment may not be made over the Internet using credit cards, debit cards, check cards, "PayPal" or similar methods.

Do not mail cash.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED. Raffle ticket purchasers and each person named on a raffle ticket must be at least 18 years old at the time of purchase. Raffle tickets may not be purchased in the name of businesses, trusts, corporations, or other entities, or wherever prohibited by law. A raffle ticket can be purchased in the name of one or two or three individuals. If more than three names appear on a raffle ticket entry form, then the first three names listed on the form (as determined at the discretion of Neighborhood House of North Richmond) will be deemed the holders of that raffle ticket.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the price of a raffle ticket is not a tax deductible charitable contribution.
